Alicia Heil - Chef & Owner

A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Cook Street School of Fine Cooking, Alicia has honed her cooking skills and menu planning expertise through experience with several local catering companies and as a Private Chef for families in the Denver area and the high country.
Alicia is a Chef of Wine Arts and a Certified Wine Sommelier. She has also studied regional French and Italian Cuisine in Northern Italy and Provence. She is currently pursuing certification as a holistic Nutritional Consultant.

Scott Bermingham - Chef

Scott is a graduate of the University of Denver and Cook Street School of Fine Cooking. His culinary career has taken him all over the country, from Connecticut and Cape Cod to Atlanta and Jackson Hole. For the past few years he has worked at one of the top fine dining restaurants in Denver. Scott has a unique sense for combining flavors that helps us to create a variety of interesting seasonal menus.
